What an occupational health assessment is
An occupational health assessment is a medical review of how a person’s health interacts with their work, and how their work affects their health. It answers the questions employers actually need answered: is this person fit for the role, do any adjustments help, and are there risks to manage? Because ours are carried out by a GMC-registered occupational-health physician, you get genuine clinical judgement rather than a box-ticking questionnaire.

You receive a concise, defensible written report, signed by the doctor, that HR and managers can rely on.
